  The good: the restaurant was very clean, the waiter was professional and kind, the salmon was AMAZING. I would go back just for the salmon.
  
  The bad: the sushi was not the greatest. The sashimi was fine, but the sushi rice didn't taste fresh at all. Some of the rolls we ordered almost tasted like they had been pre-made.
  
  All in all a pretty good experience, I just don't recommend the sushi here.

  This has become my all time favorite restaurant in Springfield. The food is top of top. It made leaving LA and all the great sushi there tolerable.  Ben and Jake and all the staff are top notch.  Nothing else compares.

  My friend have a birthday dinner here and I never try this place before. The outside of the restaurant looks beautiful, they have a pond of koi fishes that you can see.
  
  Entering the door you see an open bar and the dining tables. Alot of lighting and chandelier so its not dark or dim out but very bright and elegant. They have a big party rooms on the left side for reservations.
  
  The menu serves an Asian American fusion. Doesn't have a straight authentic dishes. A high end Asian Restaurant. Their food sound amazing tho!! Glad to have a try!
  
  I order the Sampler appetizer which comes with two blue crab cream cheese wontons, 2 egg rolls, 2 coconut shrimp kn a stick and 2 glazed ribs with swirls of sauces for $16. That one Wasn't bad. They also have sushi, so i order a couple, just simple one, spicy tuna roll and Philly rolls. Nothing special about it just small and simple rolls but cost more than the other Authentic Sushi Restaurant! Order their infamous ribeye steak, half the people were ordering it and recommending. For $36 it's not bad, the seasoning is good and taste delicious.I just didn't like alot of the fats hanging around the steak. Maybe next time request them to trim off some.
  
  First try here wasn't bad. Our waiter did fantastic for taking care of 18 people. He offer bread with the dipping sauce and that was soooo good!! I did enjoy the food and next time i will try something better!!

  We went as part of a group function. The starters were delightful. The mail course not so much. My wife and I chose the first two chicken items on the menu that sounded good. Basically it was rice and vegetables surrounded by large crispy chicken nuggets swathed in a Chinese style sauce. We were surprised to be given steak knives prior to the plates being delivered. They were sure needed. I've never been served such dry, tough inedible chicken before. The rice was topped with a rather bland mango salsa. After trying several pieces of the chicken I sent it back. They did replace the meal about five minutes later. Same result - inedible chicken, way overcooked. It went back again and to their credit the manager took the item off my bill. If you want Chinese style crispy covered moist chicken I suggest KFC and add your own sauce.
  I have no complains against the wait staff. Our waitress was very attentive and professional and deserved the tip she received.

  Amazing! I can't say enough about this place! The ambiance, the staff, the drinks, and then the food! One of the owners greeted us when we went to eat at the bar and then turned one of the TVs to the Giants game because my friend had Giants gear on.  We ordered spring rolls and had fresh bread with this amazing oil dip. The spring rolls were so good that I forgot to get a pic until there was only one left. Crispy and tasted so fresh!
  The Mongolian bbq ribs were outstanding! They fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. My friend got the pineapple chicken and it was so good as well and had enough leftover for another meal. My other friend got the stop, drop and roll sushi roll. It's one of her favorites. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert. I hope to go back before I leave.
